  • In an interactive session titled "Persistent Identifiers in use: Exchanging ideas about new developments in the field of PID services" FREYA team members will present work that has been done on PIDs and collect feedback from the community.

The Digital Infrastructures for Research 2018 edition builds on the success of DI4R2016 (Krakow) and DI4R2017 (Brussels). Jointly organised by EOSC-hub, GÉANT, OpenAIRE and PRACE, the event will bring a packed programme of sessions, posters and networking opportunities to Europe’s researchers, developers and service providers – leading to brainstorming and discussions on how best to serve the user base.

In a World Café Session on the first conference day FREYA team members will introduce the FREYA project and focus on two of the research topics which are currently being researched and discussed: the current identifier landscape and the collection of user stories. In an interactive session on these two topics the community will have the opportunity to give feedback on the work that has been done so far and contribute their own user stories.

The World Café Session will take place on Tuesday 9 October 11:00-12:30 local time. More information about the event can be found here.
